Each branch keeps one account for each sister branch. Every job between them lands in both accounts at once, and an entry typed by hand that the sister has not recorded is highlighted on the account's page.

A request, a payout, an accepted deal: the branches it concerns see it on their screens as it happens, without a message or a call.
Accounts for the whole company
A client can hold one account across your branches, with one balance and one statement. It belongs to its home branch: any branch can serve the client, and the two branches owe each other the amount.

The company report every evening
The head office's owners get the day's report by email: a first copy while a branch is still open, and the final one once every branch has ended its day.
