Exchange, transfers, client accounts, the vault, reports, WhatsApp and branches are not separate programs. They all run on the same entries, so the figure you see on any screen is the same everywhere.
How a movement travels
Every movement is recorded once, and the system updates only the accounts it belongs to. That is how the figures stay right without you recording them again.
An exchange deal updates the client's balance in both currencies and the cash in the vault, and the profit is worked out from your cost. If the client's number is on file, they get a WhatsApp notice of the deal.
Parts of the platform
Buy and sell dollars and dinars and up to 12 active currencies, and the profit is worked out from your cost on every deal.
Outgoing through your partners and incoming that you hand over, with the beneficiary, city, fee, profit and status of every transfer.
A separate balance in each currency, deposits and withdrawals, debt collection, and a PDF statement in your shop's name with the opening and closing balance.
Cash in every currency, the end-of-day check, profit and loss, reports by account and type of movement, and a monthly accounting report by email.
The client asks your shop's WhatsApp for their statement and gets a PDF, and receives notices when you record a deposit, a withdrawal or an exchange deal, or cancel a movement.
Each branch keeps its own books, and the head office sees all of them and receives the company report every evening. Branches also hold accounts with each other. This already runs today at a company with more than one branch.
Each employee works in the language they are comfortable with, and the figures are the same.
